I absolutely love my Bosch Electric Cooktop. Was easy to learn how to use it. The only negative is the difficulty in cleaning it.

The unit cooks really well. It holds temps pretty well without a lot of fluctuations. One thing against it is how easily is gets shiny spots that seem to be under the glass and go away gradually or eventually (these are not spill spots). That makes me question the long term reliability. Also, occasionally if liquid splatters out onto the control pad, the whole thing can shut off.

Remodeled a house recently and had to purchase a new cooktop. We chose a Bosch and couldn't be more pleased!
