I bought the 1/2 HP garbage disposal from Frigidaire to replace my 1/3 HP Insinkerator, which had malfunctioned and caused leaking under my kitchen sink. The Frigidaire is not only an attractive blue that looks stylish under my new cabinet, but it really works! It grinds and breaks down food scraps effortlessly! It also performs with less noise than my previous disposal. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to upgrade.

I've tried three times now with phone and chat customer service. It's basically a new disposal that just stopped working. Now the situation is worse than no disposal at all. Customer help/service is absolutely horrible! Long waits, no help.It still does not work. Yes, I've gone through all the steps in troubleshooting on page 8 of the manual.
